Refund & Cancellation

1. Consultation Fees
   All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.

2. Service Cancellation

   • Requests for cancellation of services must be made within 24 hours of payment.
   • If the service process has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund Policy

   • Refunds will only be considered if a service cannot be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances on our part.
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Custom Services
   Due to the personalized nature of intellectual property services, refunds may not be available for services such as trademark filings, copyright applications, or patent registrations once the application has been filed.

5. Disputes
   Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be addressed in accordance with Indian law.
